摘要: 用微电极穿刺技术记录电刺激皮肤时M细胞胞体内产生的突触后电位,并通过微电泳技术向胞体内注射氯离子,观察氯离子对胞内皮肤反应的影响.结果表明:胞内皮肤反应具有频率和强度的依赖性,同时具有氯离子浓度依赖性.提示:从皮肤到M细胞的通路由多突触通路组成,其中既有电突触,又有化学性突触.而且从皮肤到M细胞的通路中既有兴奋性成分,又含有抑制性的成分.

Abstract: In the present experiment, microelectrode was used to explore the physiological properties of the Mauthner cell with the stimuli of the skin.Direct stimulation of the skin evoked postsynaptic potentials (PSPs), which were stimulus strength-and frequency-dependent within some limits.The intracellular skin responses could be increased by passing hyperpolarizing currents to the M-cell through the Cl- filled electrode.The results suggest that the afferent pathways from skin to M-cells contain both excited and inhibitory compotents, which interact each other and modulate the excitability of the M-cells together.
