摘要： 为探讨丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)对人类免疫缺陷病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)效果的影响,动态观察HIV/HCV重叠感染组和单独HIV感染组患者接受HAART治疗前后免疫功能、病毒载量的变化.发现:重叠感染组与单独感染组比较,治疗前、治疗后3、6个月的免疫功能、病毒载量均无明显差异(P>0.05);但是免疫功能动态变化情况差异显著(P=0.017):重叠感染组CD⁴⁺上升(47.87±48.42)个/μL,单独感染组上升(146.12±88.29)个/μL.提示:接受正规HAART治疗后,重叠感染HCV的HIV/AIDS患者的免疫功能重建滞后于单独HIV感染者.

Abstract: The aim was to explore the impact of HCV infection to effect of HAART in HIV/AIDS patients.Patients were divided into two groups, HIV/HCV co-infection group and the group of HIV infection alone.Comparisons of the two groups were made on the change of immune function and HIV viral load at the points of pre-cure, month 3, month 6.There were no significant differences in immune function and HIV viral load at three points above between HIV/HCV co-infection and HIV alone(P> 0.05).But significant differences were found in the change of immune function from pre-cure to month 6.The rising of CD⁴⁺T was (47.87±48.42)cells/μL in HIV/HCV co-infection group, but (146.12±88.29)cells/μL in HIV infection alone (P=0.017).After cure of HAART the reconstruction of immune function in HIV/HCV co-infection patients is inferior to patients with HIV infection alone.
