花生油对2型糖尿病大鼠行为和代谢的影响

Effects of Peanut Oil on Behavior and Metabolism Rats with Type 2 Diabetic Mellitus

摘要: 目的 制作2型糖尿病大鼠模型,观察花生油对2型糖尿病大鼠的行为学和代谢的影响,探讨花生油在防治2型糖尿病中的作用.方法 取8周龄SD大鼠给予高脂饮食2个月后,用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射制成2型糖尿病大鼠模型.造模后给予不同剂量的花生油(2 mL和5 mL)治疗,1个月后用Morris水迷宫实验比较大鼠行为学改变,并检测大鼠生化指标包括血脂、胰岛素、血糖的变化.结果 生化指标结果显示糖尿病大鼠存在高血糖、高血脂和高胰岛素血症,符合2型糖尿病的特征,证明本研究制作的2型糖尿病模型成功.Morris水迷宫结果显示4组大鼠行为差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).花生油治疗组(5 mL组)的血脂、胰岛素、血糖这3项指标与未用花生油治疗的糖尿病大鼠相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 4组大鼠行为学差异无统计学意义可能与大鼠成模时间短(1个月)有关,说明2型糖尿病早期无认知功能障碍.应用花生油有降低2型糖尿病大鼠血脂水平的作用,并有可能通过调节胰岛素水平降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖,表明花生油有防治2型糖尿病的作用.

Abstract: Objective To develop a rat model of type 2 diabetic mellitus and study the protective effects of peanut oil on improvement and treatment of type 2 diabetic mellitus.Methods After 2 months of high-fat food feeding,type 2 diabetic mellitus models were prepared with low dose STZ intraperitoneal injection in 8 weeks old SD rats.Then they were treated with different dose of peanut oil.One month later,the rats were examined with Morris water maze test and then the levels of serum lipids,serum insulin and blood glucose were measured.Results The rat models were characterized by hyperglycemia,hyperlipemia and hyperinsulinemia which resembled the clinical phenotype of type 2 diabetes.The results of Morris water maze test : there was no difference among 4 groups(P>0.05).The levels of blood glucose、serum insulin and serum lipids were significantly lower in 5 mL peanut oil group than those of in diabetic model group(P<0.05).Conclusion The data of Morris water maze test suggests that there is no cognitive impairment in early stage of type 2 diabetic mellitus.The decrease of hyperglycemia,hyperlipemia and hyperinsulinemia with peanut oil indicates that peanut oil can improve and treat the type 2 diabetic mellitus.
