北京市顺义区2006~2009年水痘流行病学分析

Analysis on Epidemiology of Varicella in 2006~2009 in Beijing Shunyi District

摘要:

目的 了解北京市顺义区水痘的发病状况和流行趋势,为卫生、教育部门及时制定水痘预防控制措施提供依据。方法 对顺义区2006~2009年水痘报告和疫情监测资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2006~2009年共报告3 346例水痘病例,其中2006年760例、2007年745例、2008年948例、2009年893例,发病率分别为100.00/10万、95.88/10万、122.00/10万、114.92/10万,男女发病比为1.27∶1。水痘发病有明显的季节性,发病高峰为冬季和春夏季。水痘病例分布主要在人口密度较大的城区。学龄前儿童和中小学生是水痘的高发人群。出现水痘突发公共卫生事件6起,多暴发疫情23起,占顺义区所有暴发、突发疫情的70%以上。结论 在确保水痘疫苗有效的前提下,将水痘疫苗纳入国家计划免疫范畴内;高度重视学校等集体单位水痘散发病例处理;加强卫生与教育部门的配合,严格处理暴发、突发疫情并且建立暴发、突发疫情网络专报系统;加大宣传,提高人群对水痘的认知程度。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the epidemiologic characteristics and trends of varicella in Beijing Shunyi district, so as to provide scientific evidences for formulating the prevention and control strategies for varicella. Methods The methods of descriptive epidemiology were used to analyze the surveillance data on varicella from 2006 to 2009 in Beijing Shunyi district. Results A total of 3 346 cases of varicella were reported during the period,among them there were 760 cases in 2006, 745 cases in 2007, 948 cases in 2008 and 893 cases in 2009. The incidence rate of varicella was 100.00/100 000 in 2006, 95.88/100 000 in 2007, 122.00/100 000 in 2008 and 114.92/100 000 in 2009. Distribution of varicella cases were mainly in Shunyi's urban district where the population density is high. The male and female ratio of varicella patients was 1.27∶1. Almost all the outbreaks of varicella happened in kindergarten and primary and secondary schools. There was a significant seasonal change that winter and spring are the two seasonal peaks of varicella. Meanwhile, there were 6 sudden epidemics of varicella and 23 outbreaks of it, which accounted for more than 70% of all the outbreaks and sudden epidemics in Shunyi district. Conclusion Varicella vaccine has been incorporated into national immunization program in the premise of the effective varicella vaccine; great importance has been attached to varicella in school and other crowded places; It is important to increase publicity to improve people's awareness of knowledge about varicella.
