北京市17~30岁健康人血清铜、铁、锌、镁、钙五元素参考范围研究

Research for the Reference Ranges of Five Essential Elements in the Serum of Healthy People between 17 and 30 Years of Age in Beijing

摘要:

目的 初步研究北京市17~30岁健康人血清铜、铁、锌3种微量元素和镁、钙2种常量元素的参考范围,为临床诊断提供参考值和相关依据。方法 采用原子吸收光谱法分别测定北京市300名17~30岁健康人血清铜、锌、镁、钙、铁5种元素含量,研究其性别和年龄的差异性,考察其分布状态。结果 以上5种元素血清含量均呈正态分布;钙、铁含量在性别上有差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);钙含量在不同年龄组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 北京市17~30岁健康人血清5种元素中铁含量男性高于女性,钙元素在女性中含量高于男性,且钙含量随年龄增长有下降趋势。人体血清必需元素含量参考范围的制定须充分考虑地域、年龄和性别的因素。

Abstract:

Objective Reference ranges of levels of five essential elements (copper, zinc, iron, calcium and magnesium) in serum of 300 healthy people between 17 and 30 years of age in Beijing were studied to provide useful data for the clinical diagnosis.Methods Based on the method of atomic absorption spectrometry, the authors tested the contents of the five elements in serum, and calculated the distribution differences of these five elements with sex and age. Results The distribution of the contents of these elements was Gaussian distribution. The levels of iron and calcium in serums between male and female had a significant difference(P<0.05), and the level of calcium in serum had a significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The content of iron in serum of male was higher than that of the female healthy adults in Beijing. On the contrary, the content of calcium of female was higher than that of the male. The content of calcium in serum decreased with aging.
