摘要: 2025年,拉斯克奖(The Lasker Award)基础医学研究奖授予了Dirk Görlich和Steven L. McKnight两位科学家,表彰他们在蛋白质序列中低复杂性结构域(low-complexity domains,LCDs)的结构和功能方面的贡献。这些发现揭示了细胞内运输和细胞组织新原理,颠覆了传统认知,拓展了细胞转运与疾病机制的新视野。

Abstract: In 2025, The Lasker Award for Basic Medical Research were awarded to two scientists, Dirk Görlich and Steven L. McKnight, for their contributions to the structure and function of low-complexity domains (LCDs) in protein sequences. These discoveries reveal new principles of intracellular transport and cellular organization, overturning conventional knowledge and opening up novel horizons in the study of cellular transport and disease mechanisms.
