201Tl心肌断层显像中低频滤波函数的最佳选择

摘要: 采用Hammin/Hann和Wiener2个低频滤波器对经冠脉造影证实的11例正常人和22例冠心病(CAD)患者进行了201Tl心肌灌注显像定性和定量法的比较,目的在于为201Tl心肌断层显像寻找最佳的滤波函数。结果表明截止频率在0.15的Wiener滤波器图像质量好,空间分辨率高。

Abstract: Choice of the filtering function in single photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) is of great clinical importance and will significantly affect the quality of the tomographic image.11 normal subjects and 22 patients with coronary arterial disease were studied using 201Tl SPECT imaging.Hamming Hann filter was compared with Wiener filter in the reconstruction of SPECT imaging.The purpose of this study was to select an optimum filter for 201Tl myocardial tomography.
