Synthesis of Phosphonates with Azido Group and Their Bio-activities

摘要: 首次合成了未见文献报道的O,O-二(β-叠氮乙基-α-对甲苯磺酰胺基-α-取代苄基膦酸酯系列化合物.用1HNMR、元素分析、IR分别对其进行了结构鉴定,同时对此类化合物的生物活性进行了测试.

Abstract: A series of O,O-bis(β-azidoethyl)-α-toluenesulfonamide-α-substituted benzyl phosphonate ester compounds which had not been reported before were firstly synthesized. Their structures were conformed by 1H NMR, element analysis、and IR respectively, and their bio-activities were measured at the same time.
