槲皮素对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌caspase-3基因蛋白表达的影响

Effective of Quercetin on the Expression of Caspase-3 in AMI Rat

摘要:

为观察槲皮素对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌细胞半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(caspase-3)基因蛋白表达的影响,采用大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,应用免疫组织化学PAP法检测caspase-3基因蛋白的表达,并用图像分析系统进行定量分析.发现:大鼠急性心肌缺血后心肌细胞caspase-3基因蛋白表达明显增强,槲皮素预保护可降低caspase-3基因蛋白的表达.提示:槲皮素对急性心肌缺血损伤有保护作用,这种保护作用可能是通过抑制心肌细胞caspase-3基因蛋白的表达实现的.

Abstract:

The aim was to study the effect of quercetin on the expression of caspase-3 in acute myocardial ischemia (AMI). In the rat model of acute myocardial ischemia, the expression of caspase-3 was investigated with immunohistochemical method. The expression of positive cells were measured by image analysis. The expressions of caspase-3 in the AMI group are higher than the sham group, and quercetin could inhibit the expression of caspase-3 in AMI rat. It suggest that quercetin could significantly inhibit the expressions of caspase-3 in AMI. It may be the one of protective mechanisms on impaired myocardium.
