生姜对急性缺氧小鼠的保护作用

Protective Effect of Zingiber on Acute Hypoxia Mice

摘要: 通过比较缺氧小鼠与不缺氧小鼠心脏、肝脏中过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及脑、肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)的质量摩尔浓度,探讨生姜乙醇提取物(ZGB)对急性缺氧小鼠的保护作用.结果表明:ZGB可以有效地提高缺氧小鼠肝组织及心肌细胞CAT活性,降低脑及肝组织细胞中MDA的质量摩尔浓度.提示:ZGB提取物对急性缺氧小鼠的心、脑及肝细胞具有一定的保护作用.

Abstract: Activities of catalase(CAT) in homogenate of liver and heart and contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) in homogenate of liver and brain were determined in acute hypoxia mice respectively. The results showed that zingiber might significantly increase the activities of CAT and effectively decrease the contents of MDA. That indicates zingiber has a protective effect on acute hypoxia mice.
