Abstract: Tuner syndrome (TS) is one of the most frequently encountered sex chromosomal abnormalities. The features of the syndrome include infertility due to lack of ovaries and low or absent estrogen production, short stature and hearing problems. The association between auditory phenotype and karyotype remains inconsistent among TS patients. The purpose of the present study is to review the otologic and audiologic features among TS patients and to identify probable associated causative factors for hearing loss.
