银屑病样模型的研究进展

摘要: 在研究人类银屑病复杂表型与发病机制的过程中,由于缺乏自然发生的可模拟银屑病的疾病模型,该研究曾一度停滞。但随着对银屑病发病机制认识的不断深入,现已模拟出多种在组织水平、细胞水平以及分子水平与银屑病较为相似的模型。本文通过对多种银屑病相关模型的总结与评价,分析各模型的优势与局限,为银屑病发病机制、药物筛选及治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Lack of the naturally occurred psoriasis animal models once made the researches on human psoriasis phenotype and pathogenesis stagnated in last several years. But with the increasing understanding of psoriasis mechanism, a series of models has been explored at organic, cellular and molecular levels. We evaluated the current psoriasis models and analyze theirs advantages and limitations, to provide reference for psoriasis studying, drug screening and treatment.
