摘要: 微小RNA通过转录后水平调节基因的表达在细胞的发育过程中发挥关键作用。研究表明,微小RNA是神经系统中重要的调节因子。而构成轴突的髓鞘是中枢神经系统的重要组成部分,微小RNA与神经退行性疾病以及髓鞘的发生也有非常重要的关系。本文就近年来微小RNA与神经系统以及髓鞘的发生中可能的调控作用进行了综述。

Abstract: Micro RNAs play an important role in regulating the expression of genes in the post-transcriptional level during cell development. Micro RNA is the key regulator in nervous system. While myelin composing the axon is the essential part in central nervous system, micro RNA is also at the vital position of neurodegenerative diseases and myelination. This article reviews the possible regulating mechanisms of micro RNA in nervous system and myelination based on recently published literature.
