超声造影检查在脑血管疾病中的应用

摘要: 普通超声检查因具备便携、价廉、安全,无需碘造影剂并可准确发现异常病灶等优点,已经广泛应用于临床;然而,普通超声及多普勒超声在判断斑块内新生血管和颅内血管异常等方面存在局限性。本文主要介绍超声造影及经颅多普勒超声造影检查在颅外段颈动脉疾病和颅内动静脉畸形、动脉瘤、血肿等疾病中的应用。

Abstract: Over the last few years, Ultrasound is readily available, cheap, safe, lacks ionizing radiation and accurately identifies the presence of structural abnormalities. Nevertheless, ultrasound, including Doppler ultrasound,these methods have some limitations,including failing to accurately identify and detect intraplaque neovascularization and intracranial aneurysms and so on.Recently,Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) has been introduced as a technique that plays an important role in the assessment of to improving the detection of blood in the vessel and intraplaque neovascularization. CE-TCCS can improve the sensitivity and detection rate of intracranial aneurysms and more clear display of intracerebral hematoma location,shape,boundary, provide blood perfusion information of surrounding tissue in hematoma.
