儿童单纯肥胖症低密度脂蛋白的氧化以及抗氧化功能的研究

The Oxidative Modification of Low Density Lipoprotein and Antioxidants in Children of Adiposis Simplex

摘要: 研究了59例儿童单纯肥胖症和75例对照组体内低密度脂蛋白的氧化修饰以及抗氧化功能。结果发现儿童单纯肥胖症血中氧化修饰型低密度脂蛋白明显升高,维生素E含量降低,总抗氧化活力无变化。单因素和多因素相关分析都发现氧化修饰型低密度脂蛋白与维生素E的含量呈明显负相关。这一结果为儿童单纯肥胖症血管并发症机制的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: We evaluated oxidative modification of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and antioxidants in 59 children with adiposis simplex and 75 control subjects to explore the mechanism of atherosclerosis in adiposis simplex . It was found that blood oxidized LDL (ox-LDL) was higher and vitamin Elevel was lower in adiposis than that in controls. Serum total antioxidant ability had no significant difference between the two groups. Both linear correlation and mul factor stepwise regression analysis revealed that Rohler index was positively correlated with ox-LDL, and was negatively correlated with vitamin E. The results suggested that oxidative modification of LDL was the basis of atherosclerosis in adiposis simplex. Oxidative modification of LDLwas related to lower vitamin Eand higher triglyceride levels. Replenishing vitamin Eand lowering triglyceride should be important measures for preventing atherosclerosis in children of adiposis simplex.
