甲基-苯基-四氢吡啶建立恒河猴PD模型的MRI表现

MRI Finding of Parkinsonizm in Primate after MPTP Exposure

摘要: 对甲基苯基四氢吡啶(MPTP)制成的帕金森病(PD)模型恒河猴脑行MRI检查,T2WI显示:注入侧中脑黑质面积减小,内有局灶性高信号。对PD模型恒河猴脑组织切片行酪氨酸羟化酶免疫组化方法检查,证实注药侧中脑多巴胺能神经元明显减少;行Grino染色显示注药侧黑质区有大量胶质细胞增生。实验结果表明MRI可作为评价MPTP建立恒河猴PD模型的手段.

Abstract: Five primate models for Parkinsonizm, which was established by 1-methyl-4-pheny-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP) injecting through unilateral internal carotid after 6 weeks, were scanned by MR imaging. MRI demonstrated that the area of the substantia nigra decreased and there was foci of increased signal intensity in homolateral on T2-weighted images. Histological examination showed a loss of tyrosine hydroxylase immunoreactive neurons and pervasive gliosis in the ventral midbrain area on the injection side by Grino staining. The results manifested that MRI can be a modality to evaluating the primate modal of Parkinsonnism after MPTP exposure.
