生育期切除一侧卵巢后对内分泌功能、骨代谢和脂代谢的影响

Effect on Endocrine, Bone and Lipoid Metabolism in Women of Reproductive age Undergoing Unilateral Ovariectomy

摘要: 为了解生育期女性切除一侧卵巢对内分泌功能、骨代谢和脂代谢的影响,对21例生育期切除一侧卵巢的病人(切除组)进行了3年追访,并与对照组(20例)进行比较.结果:切除组的骨密度及骨代谢生化指标、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡素(FSH)等与对照组无差异,睾酮(T)明显高于对照组(P<0.001),胆固醇(TC)及载脂蛋白B(apoB)高于对照组(P<0.05).提示:生育期切除一侧卵巢在近期内尚不影响内分泌功能及骨代谢,但对脂代谢有一定影响.

Abstract: The study eavluated the effect on bone and lipoid metabolism in women of reproductive age undergoing unilateral ovariotomy. A postoperative follow-up study was performed in 21 cases for three years after operation and twenty normal women were enrolled in control group. There was no significant difference in bone density, biochemical markers of bone metabolism or the levels of plasma E2, and FSH between two the groups. However, the concentration of plasma T was markedly higher in the study group. And TC and apoB levels were higher in the study group. It seems there is no effect on bone metabolism in women with unilateral ovarotomy. After operation, lipoid metabolism is changed.
