摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为了探讨脾气虚胃溃疡证病结合模型大鼠细胞免疫功能的变化,用免疫组织化学、激光共聚焦显微镜,观察了肠系膜淋巴结免疫细胞分泌白细胞介素2(IL-2)的活性变化.结果表明,与盐水组比较,溃疡组4d和14dIL-2分泌增多;与溃疡组比较,脾虚组、脾虚胃溃疡组IL-2分泌减少.提示:脾气虚合并胃溃疡发展到一定阶段,能导致机体的免疫功能下降.

Abstract: The objective was to explore the functional changes of cellular immunity during experimental spleen-deficiency syndrome combined with gastric ulcer.Using immunohistochemistry, laser con-focal microscopy to examine the activity of IL-2 secreted by immunocytes in mesenteric lymph node.The results showed that the level of IL-2 were all higher in 4 d and 14 d in gastric ulcer group, but decreased during in spleen-deficiency group and group with spleen-deficiency and gastric ulcer.It indicates that the function of cellular immunity of the body will decrease when spleen-deficiency and spleen-deficiency combined with gastric ulcer syndrome developed to some degree.
