摘要: 原发性肝癌是目前全球第六大常见恶性肿瘤,肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)占其中的75%~85%。HCC发病率高、异质性强且预后不良,因此对高危人群的早期监测与精细评估尤为重要。近年来,影像组学作为一种非侵入性手段,在HCC的诊断、病理表征、治疗方式的选择和疗效评估中得到了广泛应用。此外,影像组学结合下一代测序技术等多组学方法,为HCC的研究提供了新的思路。本文综述了影像组学联合多组学在HCC领域中的研究进展,以期为HCC的诊疗提供新的视角。

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the sixth most common malignant tumor in the world, accounting for 75%-85%. Due to the high incidence, strong heterogeneity and poor prognosis of HCC, early monitoring and fine assessment of high-risk populations are particularly important. In recent years, as a non-invasive method, radiomics has been widely used in the diagnosis, pathological characterization, selection of treatment methods and evaluation of curative effect of HCC. In addition, radiomics combined with next-generation sequencing technology and other multi-omics methods provide new ideas for HCC research. This paper reviews the research progress of radiomics combined with multi-omics in the field of HCC, in order to provide a new perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of HCC.
