摘要: 随着人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)在医学领域的广泛应用与快速发展,脑血管病专科作为临床医学的一个重要分支,也逐渐开始应用AI技术来进一步优化脑血管疾病的诊断及其后续管理。尽管如此,仍需要进一步的研究来实质性地评估这些技术在临床实践中应用的诊断准确性和可行性。本综述旨在分析当前AI算法在脑血管疾病诊断和临床决策中的应用,并讨论这些算法的可行性和未来应用前景。

Abstract: The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into medical practice has significantly impacted the field of cerebrovascular disease. AI algorithms are increasingly being employed to enhance the diagnosis and management of cerebrovascular conditions. However, the clinical application and accuracy of these AI tools require further rigorous evaluation. This review probes into the current applications of AI in diagnosis and decision-making in cerebrovascular disease, and explores the potential and challenges associated with their implementation.
