摘要： 目的评价标准化尘螨变应原疫苗治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性.方法采用病例自身对照方法,比较30例尘螨变应性鼻炎患者在接受半年的免疫治疗前后的症状、体征评分.结果 30例患者中有28人坚持完成免疫治疗,治疗后28例患者的症状、体征积分较治疗前均明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01). 在总共566次注射中出现92例次局部不良反应,8例次轻微全身不良反应,未出现致命性全身不良反应.结论标准化变应原免疫治疗是治疗尘螨引起变应性鼻炎的一种有效、安全的治疗方法.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the standardized dust mites vaccine for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Thirty patients with allergic rhinitis caused by house-dust mites (HDM) were selected in this self-contrast study. Clinical efficacy was evaluated by symptom and sign score after six months of specific immunotherapy and compared with pre-treatment scores. Results Twenty eight patients completed the study. A clinically significant reduction in symptom and sign score in these 28 patients comparing with that of pre-treatment was founded, and the difference was significant(P<0.01). 92 local adverse reactions and 8 systemic reactions had occurred in total 566 injections, and no fatal systemic reaction occurred. Conclusion Standardized allergen specific immunotherapy is an effective treatment in patients suffering from allergic rhinitis due to house-dust mites.
