Abstract: Exosomes is extracellular vesicles that are released into the extracellular space by the way of exoplasmosis. Exosomes can be used as a carrier to carry miRNA, protein, etc and transmit biological information in long distance. miRNA are endogenous and evolutionarily highly conserved non-coding RNA that combine with target mRNA to form translational repressions to achieve regulation of post transcriptional gene expression, thereby participating in pathophysiological processes such as cell growth and differentiation. Recent studies have shown that exosomes plays a role in the process of acute myocardial infarction by carrying microRNA, and have large prospect in the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Therefore, this article briefly summarizes the recent research progress of exosomes miRNA in acute myocardial infarction.
