Effects of Ln3+on Structural Changes of BEL-7402 Cell Proteins

Abstract: FT-IR revealed that Ln caused the changes of the secondary structure of cellular proteins in Hepes buffer medium. The major changes decreased β-sheet and increased random coil changes of the hydrogen bond and aggregation of proteins obviously.
