Abstract: To study the value of three imaging technique in SARS, 84 cases findings in images of SARS were analyed. 56 cases were performed with general X-ray; 28 cases were performed with CR or DR; 8 cases of CR were performed with CT. Within 1~3 d after onset, general X-ray abnormals were observed in 36 cases(64.3%, 36/56), CR(DR) abnormals were observed in 21 cases(75%,21/28), but 8 cases had abnormal CT findings. Chest CT scan is much more sensitive to chest X-ray in detecting lesions of the lung in SARS. CR(DR) is much more sensitive to general X-ray in dynamic observe of SARS.
