摘要: 干扰素在宿主天然抗病毒防御及外源性治疗过程中具有显著作用。然干扰素作为丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染的唯一治疗手段,干扰素抵抗广泛存在。HCV基因编码的病毒蛋白参与其中,使得肝细胞与病毒相互作用,影响干扰素信号传导及靶向抗病毒蛋白发挥作用。

Abstract: Interferon plays a critical role in the host's natural defense against viral infections and in their treatment. Interferon is one of the two drugs that constitute the only antiviral therapy for hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection; however, in a certain proportion of cases the virus is resistant to interferon. Several HCV proteins have been shown to possess properties that enable the virus to evade the interferon-mediated cellular antiviral responses.
