摘要: 世界各地慢性代谢性疾病的发病率持续增高,且大多数医疗保健系统无法维持。尽管病因复杂,许多代谢性疾病仍然可以通过改变并长期实践适宜的饮食模式和参与体育活动来预防。大量证据表明,健康的饮食模式可以减少与饮食有关的慢性代谢性疾病如糖尿病、心血管疾病、高血压、肥胖和癌症的发生风险。本文对目前世界上受到广泛关注和高度评价的三种膳食模式展开论述,解读其与肿瘤、心血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性代谢性疾病之间的关系。

Abstract: The incidence of chronic metabolic diseases keeps increasing worldwide which most of the medical care systems cannot be maintained. Despite the complex etiology, many metabolic diseases can still be prevented by changing and practicing an appropriate dietary pattern and involving in physical activities for a long time. A lot of evidence shows that a healthy diet pattern can reduce the risk of diet-related chronic metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, obesity, and cancer. This review discusses three dietary patterns which are highly praised globally and interprets the relationship between them and chronic metabolic diseases.
