Changes of Cytokines in the Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome in Animals

摘要: 目的 探讨多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)动物模型发生发展过程中血清细胞因子的变化特征.方法 选择20~25 kg的1年期雄性健康小香猪16只,以标准大肠杆菌由右侧颈内静脉缓慢注入,分别于注入前及注入后1 h、3 h、5 h、7 h检测血清内毒素、血清细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、NO).结果 注入大肠杆菌1 h后,血清细胞因子开始升高,并随着不同的时相表现出不同的变化特征.结论 研究结果为进一步MODS的临床研究提供了实验基础.

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of cytokines in the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) animals.Methods 16 one-year-old male swines,weight 20~25 kg,were used for this study.Bacillius(17 million/kg) were injected into right jugular,and serum endotoxin and cytokins(TNF,IL-1,IL-6,IL-10,NO) were determined 1 h,3 h,5 h,7 h after injections.Results Serum cytokines were increased 1 h after injections with standard colon bacillius.Standard colon bacilius-induced changes in cytokine levels were time-dependent.Conclusion These findings provide some experimental basis for the clinical study of MODS.
