Abstract: Objective To visualization analysis the Capital Medical University's Science Citation Index(SCI) articles in the last ten years.Methods This article will relate with the recent 10 years' citations of Capital Medical University in Web of Science, then we will use the visualization analysis tools such as Bibexcel, Pajek, CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and bibliometrics statistics, word co-occurrence, author co-occurrence, social network analysis methods, to analyze the citations from the aspects of annual article number, publishing journal, author cooperation networks, country cooperation networks, article influence, research hot fields through visual figures and charts.Results The number of Capital Medical University's SCI articles had a rapid growth, a steady increase in the influence of the literatures, there were obvious disciplines advantages, several hot areas, but the balanced development of all areas was needed. Conclusion Capital Medical University should strengthen basic medicine and interdisciplinary construction in the future based on the dominant disciplines, focused on improving the quality and impact of journal articles, further strengthened international cooperation, enhanceed the international influence of academic papers.
