Abstract: For investigating the variation of fibrinolysis in patients with uremia and the influence of dialysis on fibrnolysis, Plg, t-PA, PAI and D-D were examined in 20 patients with uremia and 13 healthy controls. It was found that t-PA was sousiderably higher in patients with uremia than in controls (P<0.01), D-D decreased and PAI and Plg increased, and there were no any differences before and after dialysis in patients with uremia. It was suggested that variation of fibrinolysis in patients with uremia is not influenced by dialysis.
