Abstract: Objective To design and implement a B/S-based blood management system.Methods The network programming technique of JSP and the technique of java was used.Results The integration of blood system with HIS and LIS were completed,the function of blood management system was implemented,the system was applied in No.309 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China.The work efficiency was improved,the work quality was ensured.Conclusion The advanced computer technology and network technology will make the management of blood bank standardized in hospital and also make information system improved,the development of digitalized hospital management will be accelerated.
