摘要: 免疫激活是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)感染的一个重要特点,CD4 T细胞免疫激活与稳态调节和炎性反应有关,而CD8 T细胞免疫激活则与HIV复制和炎性反应有关。白细胞介素-7(interleukin-7,IL-7)、Ⅰ型干扰素和炎性反应细胞因子在HIV感染的发病中发挥重要作用,γc细胞因子和干扰素α在HIV感染的治疗中的作用尚处于临床研究阶段,对于免疫细胞的恢复可能具有一定作用。

Abstract: Immune activation is an important feature of HIV infection. CD4 T-cell immune activation is driven by homeostatic response and inflammation, while CD8 T cell immune activation is driven by HIV replication and inflammation. Interleukin-7(IL-7), type I interferon and inflammatory cytokines play an important role in the pathogenesis of HIV infection. The role of γc cytokines and interferon alpha in the treatment of HIV infection is still in clinical research stage, which will be helpful for the recovery of immune cells.
