Abstract: To understand the role of glycogen synthase kinase 3(GSK3) in drug treatment and development of bipolar affective disorder,we introdued the biological features and promotion in apoptosis of GSK3 first.Then,we also reviewed some works of GSK3 in therapeutic drugs and animal models with bipolar affective disorder.
