Abstract: Various kinds of chromosome abnormity have been found in uterus sarcoma by cytogenetical studies. However, no characteristical changes of chromosome abnormities have been found yet. Cytogenetical studies on pathogenesis of uterus sarcoma were reviewed. Cytogenetical studies may provide a helpful methord to prevention, diagnosis, discriminating diagnosis and treatment for uterus sarcoma.
