Relationship between Monitoring of Abnormal FHR During the Second Birth Process and Neonatal Prognosis

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between abnormal fetal heart and the neonatal prognosis during the second birth process.Methods 109 cases of neonatal asphyxia delivery in our hospital were reviewed.Results 97 cases were mild asphyxia and 12 cases severe asphyxia. Abnormal FHR devided into mild VD 20 cases, medium VD 28 cases, severe VD 15 cases, LD 1 case, VD with TDr 9 cases, marked bradycardia 16 cases, and VD with PD 20 cases.Conclusion There were significant difference between abnormal FHR and neonatal asphyxia ( P< 0.01). The second birth process should be pay more attention.
