Abstract: The present article reported an analysis of the similarity and differences of HLA antisera's specifities , These antisera were collected from two sources, the venous blood, and the vaginal blood.Comparing with control, we believed that the strength of antibodies and the individual differences were two important decisive factors.The differences of A₂,B₄₀,B₅,A₉, unknown type 47 antisera, etc. between the two blood sources were smaller in antisera of the same individual. Differences of other speciffities were greater.
