Cloning and Identification of Human IgG1Fc cDNA

Abstract

Abstract: According to the cDNA sequences which encode the human IgG1Fc, a pair of primers were designed; The expected gene (Fcγ1_700bp) which encode Fcγ1 was amplified by RT-PCR from mRNA extracted from normal person′s leukocyte; PUC18-Fcγ1₇₀₀ recombinant cloning vector was successfully constructed, and the enzyme digestion analysis are identical to expected results. Sequences are identical to those in GenBank report.
