Abstract:

Objective To study on the correlation between the activity and the effective components of the key fruit wing from Acer Truncatum Bunge. Methods The determination of three kinds of flavonoid aglycones was performed with DiamonsilTM -C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), using Methanol-water(1% acetic acid)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detected at the wavelength of 360 nm.Results The average recovery of quercetin was 99.8%, RSD=0.72%. The average recovery of kaempferol was 100.8%, RSD=1.09%. The average recovery of isorhamnetin was 102.4%, RSD=1.61%.Conclusion There are quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in the wing of key fruit of Acer Truncatum Bunge, and their contents change with season.

Key words: acer truncatum bunge, the wing of key fruit, reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic methods, flavonoid aglycones, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin
