血红蛋白法测量犬血管外肺水及肺水肿参数的比较

Mearurement of Postmortem Extravascular Lung Water by Hemoglobin and Comparison to Parameter of Pulmonery Edema

摘要: 为了探讨准确测量死后血管外肺水的方法,将21只犬分为对照组和肺水肿组,处死后取肺组织做匀浆,称重,烘干;采用血红蛋白法测量血管外肺水(ELW),并代入标准公式计算多项肺水肿参数。结果:正常犬ELW为(4.46±0.30)mL/kg,血管外肺组织干重(EDW)为(1.48±0.20)g/kg,肺总水量(LTW)为(7.56±0.98)mL/kg.本方法简化了死后血管外肺水的测量,减少了测量误差。结果提示:ELW对肺水的变化最为敏感,EDW可以反映肺水肿的类型.

Abstract: To measure postmortem extravascular lung water(ELW)by using the non-isotope method and to compare to the various parameters of pulmonary edema, 21 canines were divided into two groups, control and pulmonary edema. After canines were put to death, the animal lungs were homogenated, weighted and roasted. ELW were measured by adapting the hemoglobin method. Multinomial parameters of the pulmonary edema were calculated by standard formulae. In control group ELW, extravascular dry weight(EDW)and lung total water(LTW)were(4.46±0.30)mL/kg,(1.48±0.20)mL/kg and(7.56±0.98)mL/kg, respectively. The results showed that the method of measuring postmortem, ELW was simplified and the measuring errors was reduced. Among the various parameters of pulmonary edema ELW was the most sensitive in responding to the change of the lung water. EDW can be used to show the type of pulmonary edema.
