Those who have already suffered from severe preeclampsia, should terminate pregnancy as soon as possible in order to keep mother safe. Expectant treatment cases must be strictly selected. Management should be stricted after delivery, in order to prevent the occurrence of heart cerebrovascular accident. The next pregnancy should be expected.
