Abstract: Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value about hysterosalpingography (HSG) with sheath in women in fertility. Methods The HSG data of patients from May 2018 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The operation time, contrast agent usage, adverse reaction rate and fallopian tube displaying rate were compared. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the displaying rate of the fallopian tube and contrast agent usage(P>0.05). The operation time of HSG with sheath was shorter than that of traditional HSG, and the incidence of adverse reactions in HSG with sheath was lower than that in the traditional HSG group(P<0.05). Conclusion The HSG with sheath could clearly show the uterine cavity and fallopian tube. It is time-saving and easy to operate. It is more suitable, especially for female patients with no history of spontaneous delivery.
