Clinical effects of Dingkun pill on thin endometrium infertility

Abstract: Objective To optimize the treatment methods of thin endometrial infertility and provide more effective clinical options. Methods A total of 197 patients with thin endometrium infertility were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group. The endometrial thickness, progesterone level and clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups were compared to each other. The control group was treated with estradiol + dydrogesterone, while the experimental group was treated with Dingkun pill in addition to the treatment in the control group. Results Compared to that in the control group, the average endometrial thickness during ovulation (P<0.01),the progesterone level in luteal phase (P<0.01) ,and the cumulative clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher (P<0.05) in the experimental group. Conclusion Dingkun pill could significantly improve the endometrial thickness, luteal function and pregnancy outcome in thin endometrial infertility.
