Abstract: Modified Langendodf's method for perfusing the isolated mammalian heart was used to nvestigate the electrocardiogram tracing of the isolated rabbit heart.In order to understand the prac-tical significance of the electrocardiogram of the isolated rabbit heart,we observed the corresponding changes in electrocardiogram of the rabbit under different perfusion conitions and various artificial stimuli.Hence, it is possible to provide a simple and practical experimental means for research of some acute diseases of the myocardium.
