Abstract: Two cases of myeloproliferative pancytopenia were reported. The differentiation of this disorder from acute aplastic anemia and from acute erythropoietic arrest was briefly discussed. Treatment was essentially the same as for aplastic anemia. The prognosis seemed to be somewhat better in patients with this disorder than in those with acute aplastic anemia.
