Abstract: In this paper 8 cases of closure of rear nostril were reported. Its cause of formation,symptoms, examination and operative method,the choose of dilators and the dilating time were discussed briefly. 5 ways of covering the wound with the pedicle of mucous membrane and the utitization of 3 different forms of silica gel tube as the dilators were introduced. The effects were stisfactory.
