Osteologic Complication after Allotransplantion of Cadaver Kidney

Abstract: 117 cadaver kidneys were transplanted to 97 patients from september, 1975 to February, 1981 in our hospital The transplanted kidneys in 28 patients functioned well in one year.After renal transplatation there appeared osteologic complication in four patients. Two patients suffered from vascular necrosis of the femoral or humeral head. compression fracture of the lumbar vertebrae was seen in one patient. Anothen one presented generalized osteoporosis with supported arthrodynia.we discussed the pathogenesis, clinical features and treatment of vascular necrosis in this paper.
