Abstract: This paper put forward a form,designed by means of Gallup polland in accordance with the charactersties of medical courses,to be filledin by the students with secret ballot.Then the forms were to beprocessed by computers to evaluate quantitatively the quality of teachingwork in relation to scientific,artistic as well as thoughtful specificitiesboth individually and collectively,practical examples illustrating theactual methods of processing were also afforded.This method was appliedto the teaching staff in Department of Anatomy in our college and provedto be successful.Analyses were made in this paper in a deep going way.
