Clinical Analysis in 318 Cases of Traumatic Maxillo-facial Fracture

Abstract: The clinical informations in 318 cases of traumatic maxillo-facial fracture were analized,depending on sex,age,occupation,position of the injury,nature of trauma,type of the wound,complications, fixed ways and results of treatment.Male were more and about 79.87%.Workers were 41.50% in total.164 cases were the fracture of mandibular body.53 cases were the combined maxillary and mandibular fracture.104 cases were bumped in nature.110 cases were industrial accident and 104 were traffic single fracture was 44.97% and splintered fracture was 23.58%,226 cases of 318 fracture associated with cranial trauma.185 cases suffered from severe cranial trauma with tracheotomy.Eight kinds of fixed way were concluded practically.The results of treatment were divided into three grades.First and second grades were 98.43%.5 were failed and 5 died from severe cranial trauma.
