The Mutation of Antioxidant D

Abstract: The antioxidant Dmainly containing N-pbenyl-2-naphthyl-amine was a pollutant of the rubber industry.It was suspected a mutagen, carcinogen or comutagen,cocarinogen.This paper indicated that the antioxidant D significantly elevated the rate of the micronuclei in the mouse bone-marrow polychromatid erythrocytes and in the liver polychromatid erythrocytes cells of the foetus rat.It suggested that the antioxidant D is a mutagen,carcinogen and has the genetic toxciity of tne foetus.
