Abstract: The relationship between cold reactive antibodies against donor specific lymphocytes in 55 cases cadaver renal transplantation receiptor sera and allograft survival in cadaver renal transplantation were described. We set up a group of formula of Relative Safety Coefficient(RSC)in order to describe more exactly those results by mathematical method. It was proven by the experiments:significantly more kidney transplants surivived in patients with the B-cold pattern than in those without antibodies, but such benefit is still weak.

Key words: cadaver renal transplantation, cold reactive antibodies, codaver kidney allograft survival
