Abstract: This paper describes the fuzzy matrices in medical fuzzy relationship and its operation composition. Indicated that composition to n powers of a fuzzy matrix R having reciprocity, symmetry is increased and its limitR has the same characteristic and transitivity, so the cluster analysis can be carried out. At last, the computer program of x fuzzy cluster analysis with maximal tree method of cut-matrix and some examples in medicine were demonstrated.
